TTD Accommodation 2025 is a facility by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams to allow devotees to remain close to the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh. It’s fantastic for pilgrims who travel to Lord Venkateswara. You may reserve rooms on the TTD website or application, beginning with June 2025 on March 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The temple contains more than 7,500 rooms and cottages, sufficient for 35,000 individuals a day, but with 75,000 tourists a day, advance booking is wise. Refund for Cancellation of Booking TTD Accommodation

Cancellation Eligibility:

You can cancel your accommodation booking online within 48 hours of the planned check-in date. For instance, if you have booked your accommodation for April 1st, you have to cancel by midnight on March 30th.

Cancellations are not permitted 24 hours before the check-in date, and no refund will be made if you do not cancel in time or do not use the accommodation.

Steps to Cancel and Claim Refund: TTD Accommodation

  • Sign in to the official TTD booking website (ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in or tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in) with your registered login credentials.
  • Go to the “Transactions” or “My Bookings” menu.
  • Find your accommodation booking and click on the “Cancel” link.
  • Confirm the cancellation. A confirmation message or email will be sent to your registered email ID.

Refund Processing:

  • The refund (less any service charges, if applicable) will be posted back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • It usually takes 7–14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account, subject to your bank’s processing time.
  • In case of queries or delay, write to refundservices@tirumala.org with your booking details (Transaction ID, Booking Number, date, etc.).

Special Incentives:

  • In the event of early checkout, partial refunds are made in certain situations:
  • 50% refund if checked out within 12 hours of arrival.
  • 25% refund if checked out within 18 hours of arrival.

If we open a notepad and enter all the details beforehand, it will make the booking process much easier. Since this is related to accommodation, the tickets get booked very quickly. As soon as the tickets are opened, all the accommodation options get filled up. So, if we have all the details entered and ready in advance, it becomes very easy to book, and we can ensure a 100% successful booking for the accommodation.”

Rules and Regulations for the Booking TTD Accommodation

“We need to clearly read the instructions before booking the ticket. Let’s go through the instructions once. The first one states that accommodation can only be booked if you have valid darshan tickets; otherwise, it won’t be booked. Also, if we need to vacate or cancel the room for any reason, a refund will be provided. Additionally, the room is provided for only 24 hours. The room will be available within the check-in and check-out timings that we select.”

“The TTD Accommodation will be provided only within the specified time, and after the time expires, the room will not be provided. Devotees should particularly note this. Also, rooms will not be provided to single or unmarried persons, and they won’t even be able to book. Even if they manage to book and go there, room allotment will not happen. So, this point should be carefully noted. Additionally, one person can book only two rooms within 30 days. Even if they try to book again, it won’t be possible. So, only two rooms can be booked within 30 days.”

Procedure To Book The TTD Accomodation Online

  • First, open the official website, which is ttdsevaonline, and log in using our phone number to proceed with the booking.”

  • After clearly reading all the instructions, you need to check the box at the bottom that says, ‘I have read and agree to the instructions,’ and then click ‘Continue.’ Immediately, you will be prompted to select a location in the accommodation details section.
