These cottages are designed to provide comfort to pilgrims visiting the sacred temple of Lord Venkateswara.
The scheme offers donors lifetime privileges or benefits for 20 years, whichever is longer. Donors can book their accommodation through the Cottage Donor Management System. TTD has built around 60 guest houses, cottages, and complexes with the help of donor contributions. However it is important to note that donations under this scheme will not provide any income tax exemptions or darshan privileges to the donor.
